I enjoy teaching all levels from 7 through to 16 and assessing; it is good to carry out a variety of teaching and assessment throughout a week. Generally, I carry out about 2 assessment a week.
When did you first order from the Dyslexia Action Shop?
I used to work for Dyslexia Action so have continued to order from them ever since.
What do you like best about the shop?
It is easy to talk to someone and get any difficulties ironed out in just one easy telephone call.
What do you typically buy in the shop?
I mainly order test papers; probably about 25-50 per term if not more.
Do you have a favourite or preferred product in the shop?
I do not have a particular favourite.
How has the product(s) helped you in your school/setting/private practice?
To carry out the assessments the papers are essential.
The shop is turning 30 this year! What do you hope to see from the shop in the future?
It would be good for the shop to continue to expand so that they have the ability to hold more stock so delivery is within days. Mind you over the last few orders I have had very few back-order products.
Are there any other comments you’d like to share?
I trust Dyslexia Action Shop and feel it is important to deal with a company that have human beings answering the phone rather than robots. Dyslexia Action's partnership with the Guild make it worth my while staying a loyal customer and helps to reduce expenses. 10% discount makes being a Guild member worth it on orders alone.
